Green Day American Idiot Album Review

The new Green Day album, American Idiot, is not as good as the tour hyped it up to be. This album definitely has more bark than it does bite. The first four songs are a straight line of greatness. But then, it descends into a roller coaster with a few bad kinks and gives you a mild and unpleasant attitude towards a few songs. But there are some other pretty good songs after the first four like Extraordinary Girl, Wake me up when September ends and St. Jimmy. Homecoming is pretty awesome too. So, the album is pretty good. American Idiot, Holiday and Jesus of Suburbia are the best. One thing though; what does Jesus of Suburbia mean?

Final thought: The album has a strong start and finishes off with some wholesome goodness. Is it worth the 14 dollars? Yes it is. I suggest that one buys it. Only if you like Green Day since it is nothing all too new.
